AVPro Edge is proud to announce the release of Impulse. In a collaboration with Sencore, Impulse is a compact single-channel encoder that allows the user to stream live (or recorded) content to any major streaming website or local channel like YouTube, Facebook, Ustream, Church Streaming and more. Impulse is an ideal solution for many end users including churches for broadcasting services to parishioners, bars and restaurants for streaming events or announcements, hospitals for sharing live procedures and training, and schools and universities for broadcasting classes via sites like Facebook and YouTube. Impulse supports recording while simultaneously live streaming 1080p signals. The Impulse comes in two versions, HDMI input only and HDMI and SDI. Impulse can be configured from any browser and operated via front panel control or PC/MAC, a computer is not required for operation. Jeff Murray CEO of AVPro Global stated, “Collaborating with broadcast engineering firm Sencore Electronics has enabled us to bring a truly unique product to market! Meet Impulse, the first cost effective single channel encoder that makes anyone a multimedia (including live) broadcaster in minutes. Packed with features like direct broadcasting to Facebook Live, UStream, and YouTube Live coupled with ease of installation and deployment Impulse puts you in the driver’s seat to present your message to a worldwide audience. The ability to accomplish this in the past took thousands of dollars in special broadcasting headend equipment or a dedicated high-powered PC with an operator knowledgeable in cobbling together a ‘system’.” Murray continued, “We know that the potential applications for this product are endless. The Impulse is up for an award for best new product at WFX (Worship Facilities Expo) in November, so we are excited about this launch and the future possibilities with this solution!” Tyler DeNeui, Sencore Director of Business Development and Marketing, stated, “Sencore has a history built upon strong partnerships with industry specialists. We see AVPro as a fantastic partner in the Commercial AV space with their amazing line-up of video-centric solutions and market knowledge. We’re excited to bring the Impulse to market as it solves so many streaming frustrations in a single solution. It is perfect for the independent content creator, integrator, Church, or enterprise customer, and connected to any other AVPro product makes it that much more powerful.” For more information or to purchase the AVPro Edge Impulse powered by Sencore, AC-IMPULSE or AC-IMPULSE-PLUS, please contact us at 877-886-5112 or visit www.AVProEdge.com/Impulse.

Congratulations to the winners of our Fox & Hound Kit Giveaway! ![]() The latest addition to AVPro Edge’s 18Gbps Distribution Amplifier family, the AC-DA28-AUHD is a feature rich product designed for both residential and commercial A/V installers. AVPro Edge has launched the AC-DA28-AUHD, a full 18Gbps 4K60 (4:4:4) dual input, eight output distribution amplifier with two output zones. This budget conscious solution is a great alternative to a full matrix switch in a home or commercial A/V installation. Separate output zones allow the user to switch between two 4K UHD sources on up to four displays per zone. The AC-DA28-AUHD is also an ideal, low cost solution for a divisible room installation with two rooms involved. As an original equipment manufacturer, AVPro Edge is able to include unique features not often found with comparable products. In addition to 18Gbps bandwidth and full HDR support, advanced EDID management, 4K to 1080p scaling capabilities for mixed displays, and audio extraction make this unit easy for installers to incorporate into a distributed system. Matt Murray of AVPro Edge stated, “The AC-DA28-AUHD came from the need to have a distribution amplifier that has Ethernet control for EDID management and status monitoring. At AVPro Edge, we like to take things a step further so this unit can also act as a 2x2 matrix, where you can have two independent zones of video with two inputs. This product will help the commercial integrator have better remote control of the total system.” For more information or to purchase the AVPro Edge AC-DA28-AUHD please contact us at 877-886-5112 or visit www.AVProEdge.com/AC-DA28-AUHD.html. ![]() Capable of decoding audio signals like DTS-HD® and Dolby Audio™ (Dolby 7.1 and Dolby Atmos), AVPro Edge’s all new 8 channel decoder solves audio distribution issues in high bandwidth A/V installations. AVPro Edge is proud to announce the AC-AVDM-AUHD, a 4K UHD HDMI with Dolby Audio™ and DTS-HD® stereo audio downmixer that supports the transmission of high bandwidth, up to 18Gbps, video through HDMI while allowing the associated audio signal to be simultaneously extracted and split into both digital and analog audio outputs, providing high quality audio and video performance. This unit can downmix standard Dolby Audio & DTS-HD formats up to 7.1 then output the audio as stereo (LPCM 2.0) over HDMI, S/PDIF (optical and coaxial) as well as analog RCA connections. The AC-AVDM-AUHD can also manage Dolby Atmos signals by extracting 7.1 channels from Atmos and downmixing that audio. It can support the pass-through of HD and standard bitstream formats as well as LPCM 7.1 with audio sampling rates up to 192 kHz if needed. This product was manufactured to solve audio distribution issues in high bandwidth A/V installations. With features like EDID management, HDCP 2.2 support, 4K UHD resolution up to 4K@60Hz (YUV 4:4:4, 8-bit) support on the HDMI input and output, full 12 bit HDR and ARC (Audio Return Channel) support, the AC-AVDM-AUHD is a powerhouse solution for any home theater or multi-zone distribution system. Matt Murray of AVPro Global stated, “The AC-AVDM-AUHD is an audio tool box for integrators. It is the first device capable of downmixing 7.1ch audio bitstreams including Dolby Audio and DTS-HD. It also handles metadata enhanced formats for object based audio like Atmos or DTS-X. For the first time integrators can send uncompressed 7.1ch audio to an AVR and simultaneously send stereo audio to a distributed audio system. In addition, it can handle ARC and AVR video bypass for older devices that support 7.1ch audio but not full 4K video. The device supports full 18Gbps video as well, including HDR10, HDR10+, HLG, and Dolby Vision. This is something installers have been asking for and most certainly need now. We are happy to provide the solution.” For more information or to purchase the AVPro Edge AC-AVDM-AUHD please contact us at 877-886-5112 or visit www.AVProEdge.com/AC-AVDM-AUHD.html.
